The findings also highlight opportunities to strengthen delivery in the second year of life, optimise dosing schedules, and expand community-based delivery channels.
CPP represents an immediate opportunity to save lives and can be strategically scaled and integrated into national malaria and immunisation programmes.
The Benin evaluation was led by AIRID’s Executive Director Dr Corine Ngufor working in partnership with CREC, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London, Population Services International, and national stakeholders.
